The following scenes depicting drama, action and some light comedy are sides from THE LAST SUPPER. We posted this because the few scenes that we have as video were simpler scenes with limited action.

EXT. DIRT ROAD CAR – NIGHT
The car drives down a dusty road overgrown with weeds. The headlights bounce off the plants as the car makes its way down the road. Lenny glances at Vinny, scared shitless. They stop in a small open area, maybe two lanes wide. The tall, grassy weeds keep the car well hidden. Louie turns the car off. Lenny stares at Vinny.
LENNY
I thought you said…
VINNY
Shut the fuck up and get out.
Danny opens the door and grabs Lenny as he screams…
LENNY
No…no, please, nooo, I swear,
I’ll get the money, please Vinny,
don’t do this, please…
Danny and Louie drag Lenny by the shoulders to the front of the car, facing the headlights that blind him. Lenny squints as he’s pushed down onto his knees. Vinny ambles to him, starts to screw a silencer on.
VINNY
(chuckles)
What the hell am I doing, no one is
around, no one will ever hear this.
Am I right boys?
LOUIE
Yeah, you’re right boss.
DANNY
We’re too far out, you’re good.
Vinny slides the silencer into his pocket, clicks the pistol chamber back.
LENNY
Please Vinny, I beg you.

2.
VINNY
Do I look like your bitch Lenny?
Cause that’s what you’re callin’ me
by not payin’. You’re sayin’ ‘fuck
you’ to my face. How am I supposed
to take that Lenny? What does that
say to the people I do business
with if I don’t do this?
Vinny pauses, leans down into Lenny’s face.
VINNY
It says people can walk all over
me. Yeah, borrow from Vinny, he’ll
even bend over so you can stick it
up his ass.
LENNY
It’s not like that Vinny. I just…
VINNY
You have a lack of clarity Lenny, I
think this will help you focus.
Quick, Vinny raises his gun and shoots, BOOM, Lenny in the fleshy part of his shoulder. Lenny screams but remains held up by Louie and Danny. Lenny SCREAMS again. BOOM! Vinny shoots him in the other shoulder. Lenny SCREAMS as he flies backward and moans.
LENNY
No Vinny, no, please, no more…it
fucking hurts so bad, please…
VINNY
The good news is Lenny, pain means
you’re still alive. Put him in the
trunk boys.
They drag Lenny to the trunk, toss him in. Danny throws him a towel.

EXT. BUSINESS DISTRICT STREET DAY
Joey and Stevie walk slow down the street.
STEVIE
Is the boss off his rocker? Does he
really think we’re going to go up
against Dominic?

3.
JOEY
Hey stoooopid, Shoes is right, This
is ‘our’ turf, I want to send those
bastards packing.
STEVIE
They ain’t gonna take that layin’
down. And it sounds like he wants
to stick it to Vinny.
They approach a small diner, Joey peeks in the window.
JOEY
We don’t have a choice in either
situation. You know what happens if
we don’t do what the old man says.
The Weasel should be in here.
(peeks)
He’s in there. You go around back,
I’ll flush him out from the front.
Stevie takes off as Joey keeps an eye on the inside. A bit of time passes, Joey steps inside.
EXT. PARKING LOT BACK DOOR – CONTINUOUS
Stevie stands outside the back door as a COOK empties a square baking pan into a dumpster. Stevie watches, then grabs the pan.
STEVIE
I’ll have this back to you in a minute…go inside.
(the cook stares)
What the fuck you lookin’ at…Get
outta here…fuckin’ greaseball.
Stevie raises the pan like he’s going to hit him, gives the Cook a swift kick in his ass. The cook scampers inside.
INT. DINER – CONTINUOUS
Joey watches the Weasel, who faces him. The Weasel is in his forties, dressed business casual. He looks up, spots Joey, freezes.
Joey smiles, walks toward him. The Weasel jumps up and bolts toward the back door, Joey rushes after him.

4.
EXT. PARKING LOT BACK DOOR
As the Weasel flies through the door, Stevie whacks him in the face with the pan. The Weasel’s head bounces, he drops to the side of the door.
Joey comes out, smiles. The Weasel is on his back, dazed, he MOANS. Joey kicks him in the side, Stevie does the same from the other side. They pummel the Weasel as he GRUNTS in agony.
JOEY
So you don’t want to pay? Tony says
fuck you, you owe him.
WEASEL
I was gonna pay, I’m just short.
Joey leans down, pulls his head up by his hair, plows his fist into his jaw.
JOEY
Yeah, you’re gonna pay…now. Short
‘this’…asshole!
Joey plows him again.
WEASEL
In my car, I got it in my car.
JOEY
You are a fuckin’ Weasel. Get your
sorry ass up and get the money.
Joey and Stevie straighten their clothes as a bruised Weasel, slow, struggles up. All walk to trunk of car. The Weasel pops open the trunk. Joey and Stevie stare inside, both quiet.
JOEY
Well, well, well, what have you
been up to? Looks like you been
doing a little…uhh, activity on
the side.
The trunk is filled with stolen goods. Expensive boxes of cameras, lenses, misc. Photography equipment…they are all new and have price tags on them. Joey picks up a box, inspects it.
JOEY
Twelve grand? For one lens? Nice.
He shuffles through, inspects various boxes.

5.
STEVIE
Gotta tell ya Weasel, I’m impressed, didn’t
know you had it in you.
WEASEL
That’s where the rest of Tony Shoes
money is coming from. I got this
stuff sold, I was gonna pick up the
money after lunch.
JOEY
Where’s your cash?
WEASEL
I’ve only got seven hundred.
JOEY
That leaves you eight hundred short. We’ll make
it up with with these gifts from you.
WEASEL
No, please…I got that stuff sold for five
grand…we can go get it now.
STEVIE
Fuck you Weasel, next time have the
fuckin’ money.
WEASEL
No… don’t, I need that money, you’re gonna
put me in a bad place if you take my merchandise…let’s just go get the money.
JOEY
Shut yer blowhole and get the seven
hundred. Stevie, bring the car
around so we can load this shit up.
The Weasel looks down, a desperate look on his face. Stevie hurries away.
INT. DINER – CONTINUOUS
A COP takes a report from the cook. As he writes, the cook glances out the front window, sees Stevie amble by.

6.
COOK
That’s him, that’s the guy!
The cop rushes out after Stevie.
EXT. PARKING LOT BACK DOOR – CONTINUOUS
JOEY
Get the fuckin’ money!
The Weasel trudges to the car back door, opens it, reaches to a bag on the floor, unzips it. Inside the bag sit a wad of cash and a pistol.
He stares at the pistol, uncertain. He slides his hand into the bag, slow, grips the pistol. He pulls it out, walks to the trunk where Joey inspects boxes. Joey looks up.
JOEY
Listen you fuckin’ slimeball, don’t
make things worse, You’re signin’
your death warrant.
Weasel glances beyond Joey at the back of the diner and sees police emerge with Stevie in handcuffs. Weasel tosses his pistol into the trunk
JOEY
(cocky)
Atta boy … now…
Weasel slams the trunk shut, QUICK.
JOEY
What the fuck? You need to back off and…
Weasel nods to Joey to look behind him. Unsure, Joey looks around and sees the police and Stevie in handcuffs, slides his hand gun into his waistband, pulls his shirt over to conceal gun.
As Joey walks away…
JOEY
This ain’t over Weasel. Eighteen
hundred in one hour, you got me?
WEASEL
Fifteen hundred!
JOEY
Hey, officers!

INT. PALAZZO OFFICE LATER
Vinny sits at his desk, Rocco on the couch.
VINNY
National TV Rocco, you know what that means?
ROCCO
It means you’re a sittin’ duck. Don’t do it. It’s time to pack up and leave. Listen Vinny, you can’t do this show, you’ll be putting both of our lives in danger.
VINNY
Rocco, I think sometimes you forget
who I am. I’m the one they should
be scared of, I’m the one that took
care of business when no one else would.
(pauses)
You remember that empty suit that
wanted to shake down Romero’s
Deli…in our territory.
ROCCO
Everyone does.
VINNY
Everyone wanted to give him a pass,
worried what the other families
would do. But he was only an
associate, a punk. We warned him.
BEGIN FLASHBACK
EXT. STREET CAR – NIGHT
A MAN, around thirty, strolls to the driver’s side of his parked car. Cautious, he scans the area, unlocks the door, hops in. He starts the car, punches radio buttons.
The man glances into the rear-view mirror, Vinny pops up from the back seat. Quick, he wraps a garrote around his neck. The man struggles, he’s helpless as Vinny tightens it.
VINNY
Hurry, it’s not too late to trust in God.

8.
The man tries to pound on Vinny’s head as he GASPS for air.
VINNY
That’s right son of a bitch, you’re
dying. Say goodbye.
The man’s movements slow, his body soon goes limp. Vinny
unwraps the garrote.
END FLASHBACK
VINNY
Everyone was afraid they’d be knocked down. It was me who took care of business. It was me who always took care of business. If anyone should be fucking nervous, it’s them.
(pauses)
Don’t ever forget again who I am Rocco.
Vinny jumps up and leaves. Rocco is speechless.

EXT. PALAZZO STREET DOMINIC’S PARKED CAR – DAY
Parked across the street in their car sit Dominic and his two thugs, Frank and Nick. They wear slacks and sport coats.
DOMINIC
Nick, take a hike to that street at
the end of the building, check
behind the back entrance. Frank,
take a walk to the opposite end
then both of yous come back here.
Dominic watches as both guys get out, saunter to their destination. They soon return, slide back into the car.
NICK
Nothin’ out back but a few cars in
the parking lot.
FRANK
Just other businesses down there.
DOMINIC
Let’s give it a little more time
before we go in.

9.
They sit and watch. Soon, Sally and Todd enter, a bit later, Patty walks in.
FRANK
They must be havin’ some kind of meeting.
DOMINIC
All the better, Vinny won’t get out
of hand. Listen, I don’t want any
problems, we’re just here to
deliver a message.
FRANK
What if they get out of hand?
DOMINIC
Then we do what we gotta do.
All 3 get out of the car, adjust their clothes, head across the street.
INT. DINING AREA
Joey and Stevie unload groceries in the kitchen. Vinny, Rocco, Patty, Sally and Todd sit at a table. Harry busies himself behind the bar.
SALLY
Okay, five days and counting. Let’s review and tweak exactly what we’re going to do. Patty, do you have our audience?
PATTY
Uhh, yeah, there should be about fifty people here, thirty or so women.
SALLY
Excellent. Vinny, have you made a list of everything you need to cook with?
SFX: Door slam. Everyone hears the front door POP closed.
VINNY
I do and it’ll be mucho magnifico. I’m picking up everything the day before the show so it’ll be fresh.

10.
SALLY
Fantastic. Todd, how we doing on new kitchen supplies?
TODD
Everything is being delivered tomorrow.
SALLY
Great. Now…
Dominic and his boys enter the room. The tension is thick as they approach the table.
VINNY
(Vinny Nods)
What the… Rocco?
DOMINIC
My, my my, if it isn’t the missing Vinny LaGuardia.
SALLY
(quick glance at Todd, Vinny, back to Todd)
LaGuardia??
DOMINIC
See boys, he’s not dead, he’s just on vacation. And look who’s with him, the missing Rocco Brunello. We’ve missed you boys.
The tension is thick. Sally and Todd nervously glance at each other as does Vinny and Rocco. Sally gathers her things, stands.
SALLY
(to Dominic & then Todd)
We were just leaving.
DOMINIC(Barks)
No one leaves, sit down!
Todd begins to stand…weak in the knees but sits back down on Dominic’s command.
Dominic inspects the area as Frankie and Nicky move back so they can stand guard and see everyone.
DOMINIC
So you’re back in the restaurant business Vinny. Nice place you got here.

11.
Todd’s hands shake as he nervously pulls an Rx bottle & swallows a pill. Patty watches him and rolls her eyes, recognizing he is not a man, yet a mouse.
ROCCO
(clears his throat)
Okay …
DOMINIC
You shut the fuck up Rocco, you got a lot of explaining to do yourself. We talk to Vinny first, then I’ll deal with you.
Joey watches from the kitchen, signals to Stevie to go out the back door and come in the front, Stevie rushes out. Joey strut’s over to Dominic.
Sally glances at Todd, pulls out her phone and discreetly starts to film it all.
JOEY
How can I help you, gentlemen?
Dominic inspects him.
DOMINIC
You can sit down and be quiet. We’re here to talk to Vinny.
As Joey speaks, he parts his shirt reveals his gun.
JOEY
They’re having a business meeting, it would be best to come back later fella.
Frankie and Nicky pull their guns from their coat, point them at Joey.
DOMINIC
I don’t know who the fuck you are but I suggest you mind your own god damn business.
JOEY
And I don’t know who the fuck you are but I’d leave while your blood is still warm.
Stevie slithers up the steps and plants himself behind Frankie and Nicky, gun drawn.

12.
Stevie cocks the trigger, everyone freezes. Harry grabs a shotgun from under the bar, pumps it and points it at Dominic. Sally whispers to Todd.
STEVIE
What my friend is saying is that we don’t give a fuck who you even think you are. You’re in our territory which means you either come as a guest or you’re looking for a war. A war in our town, which… you could never win.
SALLY
(whispers)
This is fantastic.
Todd cowers, hides behind Sally as much as possible
VINNY
Is this what you want Dominic?
DOMINIC
You think I came here to start trouble? Vinny, this is on you, not on me.
NICKY
Boss, we didn’t come all this way to go home empty-handed. Lemme take him out right now.
Joey turns his gun on Nicky.
JOEY
Just say ‘when’ Mr. Portofino.
DOMINIC
Like I said, we didn’t come here to start any trouble. Put away your guns boys.
As Frankie and Nicky slide their guns into their coat, Dominic stares cold as ice at Vinny, then Rocco, then Joey.
VINNY
Come on guys, lighten up, relax. Hide the steel, there are ladies present.

13.
INT./EXT. CAR AFTER MIDNIGHT
Car pulls into the back entrance of Jimmy Weasel’s diner. Joey & Stevie survey the area.
STEVIE
What the hell is this? Dominic in cahoots with Jimmy the Weasel?
JOEY
We never finished that job either. Should have taken Weasel out when we had the chance.
STEVIE
(anxious)
Maybe we pull a doubleheader tonight!?!?
JOEY
That would be a quadruple-header!
They both LAUGH, fist bump, excited about downing 4 guys.
JOEY
Since Dominic is made, we’ll score high and move up the charts.
STEVIE
Let’s do this.
As Joey and Stevie walk up to the back door, they pass a late model Cadillac, NY plates with a parking ticket on the windshield.
INT. DINER
Joey and Stevie enter the dim-lit diner with their guns drawn from the back door. Dominic, Frankie, and Nicky sit at the table eating, Weasel about to sit. Dirty plates, they’ve mostly finished eating. Stevie smiles.
JOEY
Eating again? You didn’t want the antipasto at the Palazzo, but you’ll eat this shit here?
STEVIE
What a lousy last supper.
BLACK OUT
SFX: 5 shots are fired.

BEGIN DREAM SEQUENCE
EXT. BEACH – DAY
Vinny, in shorts and t-shirt, sits in a beach chair, he faces the breaking waves close to him. He smiles, sips on his drink, enjoys the view. He glances at an empty beach to his right, closes his eyes and sucks in the salty air.
He opens his eyes, blinks in confusion. He now sits in a heavy chair, hands cuffed in front of him. His clothes have changed, he now wears a jail uniform.
Sitting in front of him at a highboy table is early forties LILLY, quite attractive, her back to the ocean. She wears a black, silky bathrobe. She SLAMS a wood gavel on the table, Vinny jerks. Carmine is the Bailiff, he stands nearby at attention.
Everyone except Vinny holds a tall drink with an umbrella and straw sticking out. An extra drink sits on Lilly’s table.
LILLY
(sips drink)
This court is now in session! We are here to determine whether Vicenzo LaGuardia should pay for his past crimes. Mr. Laguardia, how do you plead?
VINNY
Lilly, what are you doing, it’s me…your father.
LILLY
(slams gavel)
You’re out of order! One more time and I erase your memory…just like you did with me. So what is it Mr. LaGuardia, guilty or not guilty?
VINNY
(looks around confused)
This is really fucked up! Not guilty…to whatever I’m being charged with.
THE KID, a 15-year-old black teen, steps next to Vinny from behind, puts his hand on Vinny’s shoulder.

15.
THE KID
(sips drink)
My client pleads not guilty your honor.
Vinny looks at the kid and smiles. He looks to his left and three men in suits recline in beach loungers. Each sip their drink and all three are barefoot. The Hat puffs a cigar.
Man #1 is Benny, the guy Vinny strangled from the car back seat, Man #2 is Lenny, the one Vinny had shot in the car headlights, Man #3 is THE HAT. They all smile at Vinny.
LILLY
Counselor, you’re Atticus Finch, right?
THE KID
Yes, you’re honor.
LILLY
Please proceed Atticus.
VINNY
Hold on a minute, please, I need one of those drinks on your table.
LILLY
(slams gavel)
No drink for you!
(takes a big sip)
THE KID
I call our first witness.
BENNY
I was in the prime of my life. I had it all, money, women, ate in the best restaurants. Then, like the sneaky bastard you are, you took it from me.
THE KID
Isn’t it true sir, that to enjoy your sooo very fine life, you stole from the working people, you took their money on a regular basis.
BENNY
Who the fuck are you? Shut yur’ face you punk.

16.
LILLY
Mr. Finch, please call your next witness.
THE KID
(points)
Him.
LENNY
You killed me because I didn’t have the money to pay you. I’m not sayin’ I shouldn’t have been roughed up, but to kill me…over paper money?
VINNY
But I didn’t kill you, I only shot you.
LENNY
Yeah, twice. I died at the hospital, you moron. You put two bullets into me. You really think I survived?
THE KID
If I have my facts correct, you borrowed money from Mr. LaGuardia and, more than once, gambled it all away. You were a snollygoster, one who couldn’t be trusted, is that correct?
LENNY
I was no snollygoster, I was gonna pay him back.
LILLY
Next!
THE HAT
(smiles, puffs his cigar)
I find myself in an extraordinary position.
THE KID
Objection your honor. His death was an accident.
LILLY
(slams gavel)
Overruled! Continue sir.
(Sips drink)

17.
THE HAT
Like I said, I got no big beef with you, but when you killed me, you should have paid the money you stole to the family.
(thinks)
The fact is…you fucked up my life, my family’s lives. So…
(pauses puffs)
I gotta go with guilty.
THE KID
But then he can never pay you back.
The Hat tilts his hat forward, leans his head back against his recliner, takes a puff, exhales.
THE HAT
(sips drink)
Don’t worry about it.
LILLY
That concludes our testimony. Before I announce a verdict, does anyone want to make any final comments?
MA (O.C.)
Go easy on him, he’s a my boy.
VINNY
Thanks Ma.
THE KID
Your honor, I want to state for the record he’s given me a home, he’s given purpose to my life. Please your honor, have mercy.
LILLY
And he left me alone all those years, to grow up without a father! Then,
(points to Vinny)
you come back into my life…and now…this!!
(slams gavel)
I pronounce you guilty and sentence you to death, to be carried out immediately.
(sips drink)
The Hat, Lenny and Benny, fist pump, slap each other on the shoulders, toast their drinks.

18.
VINNY
Kid, help me.
The kid holds out both hands, shrugs his shoulders.
THE KID
(sips drink)
I told you to call Lilly…Sorry Vinny, I tried. You never listen to good advice.
LILLY
(yells over shoulder)
Executioner!
Complete silence. Vinny stares at the ocean as Rocco, dressed in a suit, emerges from under the waves, barefoot, walks purposefully. He stands, adjusts his clothes and ambles to Lilly, grabs the extra drink.
VINNY
Nooo, not you Rocco.
ROCCO
(takes a BIG sip)
Ahhhhh…goood.
(pauses stares)
You know why it’s me?
VINNY
Uhh, because…because I cook better than you?
ROCCO
Ahh, funny until death. No, it’s because you have to constantly challenge me, question what I do….you should have listened.
LILLY
Bailiff, please bring forward the evidence.
Carmine places on the judges table a pistol, a garrote, a cell phone.
LILLY
Bailiff, present the prisoner for sentencing.
Carmine, as Bailiff, walks to Vinny, unlocks the cuffs, helps him stand to his feet, continues to hold his arm as Vinny stands in shock. Rocco picks up the garrote, dangles it out.

19.
ROCCO
With this you sent one witness into oblivion, this,
(holds out gun)
Even you have lost count,
(holds out phone)
Even with a cell phone you destroyed another life.
(pauses)
In the interest of fairness, you must die by one of these.
Carmine, still standing and holding Vinny, bursts out loud with a full, hearty cynical, bellowing LAUGH.
CARMINE
You must pay for leaving the family. No one leaves the family, especially you.
ROCCO
And you left without telling me you had a contract on me.
VINNY
But Rocco, they won’t do it without me. How can you sentence me to death when I saved your life?
ROCCO
Ahh, this cell phone. You should have called me Vinny, I would have left when you did. Dominic just had the Russians kill me.
VINNY
Carmine, how could you do this?
CARMINE
You should have told me, Vinny, I didn’t know anything about it. Dominic did this on his own. If you had come to me instead of stealing my money and leaving, Rocco might still be alive.
VINNY
And you, judge, Lilly, whatever, you say you’re my daughter. How can you sentence your father to death?

20.
LILLY
I’ve never seen you before, you’re my father by birth. You had nothing to do with me!
VINNY
But your mother hid you from…
LILLY
Silence! Sentence has been passed, choose your weapon of death.
All three men in the beach chairs CLAP and YELL.
LILLY
Since you cannot choose, I invite one of you three to execute him with the weapon of your choice.
All three men raise and shake their hands.
ALL THREE
Me! No me! Me! I deserve it.
LILLY
(smiles)
I think it’s only appropriate that Mr. Hat does it.
The Hat pumps his fist, jumps up.
THE HAT
Yes! This is so sweet.
The Hat goes to Lilly’s table, picks up the garrote. He holds it out, glances at Vinny, nods his head no. He picks up the pistol, slides the chamber back, inspects it, closes it.
THE HAT
This will do. Quick and Painless.
He ambles over to Vinny, smiles.
THE HAT
I always knew it would come down to this. Any last words?
VINNY
I need to wake up…wake up…wake up…
THE HAT
Too late for that.

21.
The Hat shoves the pistol into Vinny’s temple. Vinny grimaces as…
SCREEN GOES DARK
SFX:BOOM!
END DREAM SEQUENCE.
